Cannabis at the Gates of Glacier & Yellowstone
Montana's national park tourism runs through a ring of gateway towns, each with its own character. Whitefish and Columbia Falls set up the Glacier approach. West Yellowstone and Gardiner bracket the two primary Yellowstone entrances. Big Sky handles the overflow between Bozeman and Yellowstone. Every one of these towns has licensed recreational dispensaries; none of them permit cannabis consumption on federal-park land.
